Experience:
1-2 years in psychiatric/behavioral health, pediatric experience preferred
Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate:
$43.55/hr Benefits include: Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Paid sick time per law Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support What You'll Do Monitor and care for youth in residential behavioral health settings Administer medications and document medication passes Collaborate with physicians during rounds and assessments Assist with physical or chemical restraints as necessary Maintain safety and well-being of pediatric patients Document all care interactions accurately and timely Support a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
What You Need Required:
Active RN license in Arkansas or multistate license BLS certification CPI certification (can be obtained at the facility) 1-2 years of behavioral health experience, specifically with pediatric patients Ability to pass meds and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Prior experience with youth in residential care Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to respond effectively in crisis situations About the Assignment Join a dedicated team providing compassionate behavioral health care to youth in a residential setting. This position involves comprehensive patient monitoring, medication administration, and support for physical/chemical restraint procedures as needed—all to ensure safety and quality of life for young patients.
