Our Expectations of the BHT role: Support the clinical team by assisting to help the clients achieve the guideposts of our proven phase approach. Observation and reporting. Crisis Intervention. Maintain the principles of our high level of care. Safety and Security Ensure the cleanliness and care of residences Enforce program rules and expectations. Conduct tasks as assigned to your shift. Communicate and collaborate with the team. Maintain strict patient confidentiality. Assist in client intake procedures. Address problems in the client community through verbal de-escalation techniques. Coordination of community programs and events.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Background screen for level 2 with current eligibility. Driver's license with a good driving record. CPR certificate. Minimum of 2 years of experience. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule. Weekend availability. 2 years of sobriety. Full-time and part-time positions considered.
