Sunset House Recovery Center is accepting resumes for the position of Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) . This a great opportunity to join an established and trusted company. Our Expectations of the BHT role: Support the clinical team by assisting to help the clients achieve the guideposts of our proven phase approach. Observation and reporting. Crisis Intervention. Maintain the principles of our high level of care. Safety and Security Ensure the cleanliness and care of residences Enforce program rules and expectations. Conduct tasks as assigned to your shift. Communicate and collaborate with the team. Maintain strict patient confidentiality. Assist in client intake procedures. Address problems in the client community through verbal de-escalation techniques. Coordination of community programs and events.
