Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with special needs.

Duties:

Collect and record data on client progress
Assist in crisis intervention when necessary
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment plans
Support individuals with drug and alcohol addiction

Requirements:

Experience or knowledge in applied behavior analysis
Ability to handle crisis management situations effectively
Familiarity with behavior management techniques
Background in, or related field is a plus
Knowledge of PTSD care is beneficial
