Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with special needs.Duties:
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Assist in crisis intervention when necessary
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment plans
- Support individuals with drug and alcohol addiction
Requirements:
- Experience or knowledge in applied behavior analysis
- Ability to handle crisis management situations effectively
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Background in, or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of PTSD care is beneficial
