We are a CARF-accredited residential treatment program that believes treatment works best when youth experience something many have never had before: consistency, normalcy, and genuine relationships. We're looking for an Overnight Behavioral Health Technician who wants more than just a job. We want someone who believes every young person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. What You'll Do As part of our overnight team, you'll help create a safe and supportive environment while residents rest and prepare for the next day.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining a safe, calm, and structured overnight environment Conducting routine room checks and documenting observations Responding appropriately to resident needs and emergencies Completing shift documentation and incident reports Assisting with morning routines and shift transitions Supporting the overall mission and culture of House of Compassion What Makes HOC Different?
