We are a CARF-accredited residential treatment program that believes treatment works best when youth experience something many have never had before: consistency, normalcy, and genuine relationships. We're looking for an Overnight Behavioral Health Technician who wants more than just a job. We want someone who believes every young person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. What You'll Do As part of our overnight team, you'll help create a safe and supportive environment while residents rest and prepare for the next day.
