Company Overview Creative Healthcare ServicesCorporation is a community-based agency that provides in-home habilitive services for individuals on the autism spectrum. We currently are looking for experienced and dedicated professionals qualified to provide Support Services for eligible children, youth, and young adults under the age of 21, who are presenting with challenging and difficult behaviors. The task performed could range from assisting the youth to learn or increase basic skills like toileting, feeding, and dressing to instrumental skills like using the phone amd computer, budgeting, outdoor safety, etc. Theses services are intended to transfer independence, productivity, enhanced family functioning and inclusion in the community. Support Services are designed to foster and improve the ability of the family/caregiver to provide the youth with the needed support so the youth will remain in the home and in the community with their natural supports, needing no, or minimal outside interventions whenever possible. Currenly we are looking for candidates in
ATLANTIC, CAMDEN, GLOUCESTER, OCEAN , CAPE MAY AND MONMOUTH COUNTIES.
Behavioral Technician Role:
Support Services are provided by Support Workers who implement the interventions specified in the Individual Treatment Plans. Support Workers work 1:1 in home and in the community delivering evidence-based and data-driven services to youths on the autism spectrum.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Treatment Plan Qualifications and Skills:
Must have a bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, guidance and counseling, social work and related fields. 1 Year experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a must Must be available to work evening and weekends hours Must have valid driver license Must be available for professional development trainings as needed Join our team to provide impactful behavioral health services that empower individuals toward healthier lives through compassionate care and expert support!
