Company Overview Creative Healthcare ServicesCorporation is a community-based agency that provides in-home habilitive services for individuals on the autism spectrum. We currently are looking for experienced and dedicated professionals qualified to provide Support Services for eligible children, youth, and young adults under the age of 21, who are presenting with challenging and difficult behaviors. The task performed could range from assisting the youth to learn or increase basic skills like toileting, feeding, and dressing to instrumental skills like using the phone amd computer, budgeting, outdoor safety, etc. Theses services are intended to transfer independence, productivity, enhanced family functioning and inclusion in the community. Support Services are designed to foster and improve the ability of the family/caregiver to provide the youth with the needed support so the youth will remain in the home and in the community with their natural supports, needing no, or minimal outside interventions whenever possible.
