At Risk Youth Technician (Residential)

Req # 39919 The At-Risk Youth Technician, also known as a Mental Health Technician, plays a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment for children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Success in this role requires an unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of every child. Our residential program provides long-term care for children and adolescents ages 6-18 who are navigating mental health and behavioral challenges.
Competitive Compensation:
$18.50- $22.00/hr (based on education/ relatable experience)
Schedule:
Full-time and part-time available
2nd shift (3PM-11PM) and limited 3rd shift (11PM-7AM)
Weekends are required.

Supportive Culture Minimum requirements: 1. Be 21 years of age or older.
2. Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
3. Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
4. Must be able to attend a 2-week corporate training session. Trainings are Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM, and must be completed consecutively. The next training is scheduled for 8/17 or 8/31 or 9/14.
