We have 7 locations: Gillette, Buffalo, Sheridan, Casper, Wheatland, and Douglas. We love helping our patients and creating strong relationships in our communities that we serve.

We are a comprehensive rehabilitation facility with physical and occupational therapists treating conservative and post-operative diagnoses. We offer a family-friendly working environment Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Technician to join our healthcare team in Gillette, United States. In this role, you will work alongside physical and occupational therapists to provide essential support in patient rehabilitation and recovery processes as well as a technician for our sister company Employment Testing Center of Wyoming. Assist physical and occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercisesSet up and maintain rehabilitation equipment and treatment areasHelp patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activitiesTransport patients to and from therapy sessions safelyMaintain inventory of supplies and equipmentEnsure compliance with safety protocols and infection control proceduresSchedule and coordinate patient appointmentsPerform basic clerical duties including data entry and maintaining patient recordsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in related field preferredCurrent CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications1+ years of experience in rehabilitation or healthcare setting preferredStrong knowledge of basic medical terminology and anatomyProficiency in operating and maintaining rehabilitation equipmentExcellent patient care and communication skillsPhysical stamina to assist patients and handle equipmentDetail-oriented with strong documentation abilitiesUnderstanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standardsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environmentStrong organizational and time management skills
