We offer a family-friendly working environment Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Technician to join our healthcare team in Gillette, United States. In this role, you will work alongside physical and occupational therapists to provide essential support in patient rehabilitation and recovery processes as well as a technician for our sister company Employment Testing Center of Wyoming. Assist physical and occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises Set up and maintain rehabilitation equipment and treatment areas Help patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities Transport patients to and from therapy sessions safely Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Perform basic clerical duties including data entry and maintaining patient records Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in related field preferred Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications 1+ years of experience in rehabilitation or healthcare setting preferred Strong knowledge of basic medical terminology and anatomy Proficiency in operating and maintaining rehabilitation equipment Excellent patient care and communication skills Physical stamina to assist patients and handle equipment Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Strong organizational and time management skills
