Qualifications:
Current certification or registration in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT-N). In-depth knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and imaging equipment. Strong ability to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and team members. Previous experience in a clinical imaging setting preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and best practices. Ensure accurate patient identification, preparation, and safety throughout examination. Operate imaging systems and process results while maintaining high standards of quality. Monitor imaging equipment for proper function and coordinate routine maintenance. Document examinations and patient interactions in the electronic medical record accurately. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for optimum patient outcomes.
