Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a collaborative and highly respected anesthesia team. This is a full-time locum/travel opportunity in a modern, well-equipped clinical environment where patient safety and quality of care are top priorities. You will provide anesthesia services for a diverse surgical caseload while working alongside a dedicated group of medical professionals in a setting that follows nationally recognized standards of care. What You'll Do Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for orthopedic, general, vascular, and neurological procedures Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop individualized anesthesia plans, and monitor patients throughout the perioperative period Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other clinical team members Participate in scheduled weekday and weekend call coverage Maintain accurate documentation and follow all applicable clinical, safety, and compliance standards What We're Looking For Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Active and unrestricted applicable state licensure Full-time availability Ability and willingness to participate in required call coverage Experience with orthopedic, general, vascular, and neurological cases preferred Schedule & Coverage Schedule options include three 12-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts Shifts must be nonconsecutive Weeknight call coverage is 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Weekend call coverage is typically one 24-hour shift, either Saturday 7:00 a.m. to Sunday 7:00 a.m. or Sunday 7:00 a.m. to Monday 7:00 a.m. Call frequency may include up to one night per week and one weekend per month Post-call day off No cardiac, obstetric, or pediatric cases
