Collaborative Local Team:

Join a strong, supportive anesthesia care team of 10 physicians and 30+ experienced CRNAs across our three campuses: Pine Ridge, Collier, and North Naples.

Facilities include:

8 Main ORs 3 Endoscopy suites 3 Cath Labs 2 CVORs We take pride in our cohesive culture - where teamwork, respect, and mutual support drive everything we do.

Qualifications:

NBCRNA Board Certified/Eligible. Authorized to work in the United States. New graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply.

Scheduling:

Enjoy a 4-shift work week with a mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts . No weekday call. Limited weekend call (with extra pay). No nights! Waterfall leave for smooth time-off planning. You'll handle a wide variety of cases - including general, vascular, ortho, neuro spine, EP, endo, uro, and bariatrics. Heart cases available (if desired), but no OB or pediatrics. CRNAs perform their own blocks and lines, with full training and support provided. Key Responsibilities Practice full-scope anesthesia. Perform regional blocks. Collaborate closely within our trusted, fun, and team-oriented environment.
