Job Description

We're looking for a caring, experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. In this role you'll provide high-quality psychiatric care across a range of conditions while working closely with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful treatment plans and support lasting recovery.
Compensation:
$159,000-$203,000 What you'll do Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Diagnose and manage a variety of mental health and behavioral health conditions. Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-up. Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress. Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and treatment options. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, nurses, and community resources. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with applicable clinical, legal, and regulatory requirements. Who we're looking for Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing. Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification. Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for licensure. Current DEA registration, as required. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
