We are hiring full-time or part-time hospitalist nurse practitioners for our nocturnist role. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively working overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and able to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Qualifications:

Board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Active California license preferred. MUST have experience as a Nurse Practitioner as a hospitalist or similar Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care. Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

We are looking for a nurse practitioner interested in a nocturnist role. 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule. Shifts are 12 hours in length; 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross -cover patients and respond to rapid response alerts. No procedures required. Work alongside a nocturnist physician. Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs. Utilize Epic EMR. Living and Working in

Rewards and Compensation:
