RENEW's prescribing provider is a critical part of the patient experience. Many of the patients who come to us have spent years feeling unheard - being told everything looks normal despite persistent symptoms, receiving fragmented care, or being offered medication or treatments without a broader conversation about what may be driving their symptoms. This role is for a provider who wants to practice thoughtful relationship-based medicine and who understands that excellent care includes both appropriate medical treatment and a deeper exploration of how to apply nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation to support reaching goals. You will work in close partnership with Renew's functional nutrition practitioner who serves as the patient's primary ongoing touchpoint throughout much of their care. You will own the medical and prescribing components of the treatment plan while collaborating closely on the patient's overall strategy. And most importantly, you want patients to leave their interactions with you feeling that someone finally listened, thought deeply about their case, and created a plan specifically for them.

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations for hormone optimization, bioidentical HRT, peptides, thyroid support, and fertility optimization Order appropriate laboratory testing and evaluate results from a medical and prescribing perspective using functional ranges. Prescribe and manage therapies as clinically appropriate which may include bioidentical HRT, thyroid medications, GLPs and other peptides, progesterone and other fertility-related medications, and additional therapies within the provider's scope and Renew's clinical protocols. Collaborate closely with the functional nutritionist regarding nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle, and other non medical interventions rather than treating these as disconnected pieces of their care. Coordinate care with external fertility specialists (REI/OB GYN) when patients are pursuing IUI/IVF Help shape and refine Renew's clinical protocols, workflows, and patient expernece as an early member of the clinical team. Document thoroughly and compliantly in the EHR Provide ongoing follow up care and adjust treatment plans based on patient response Uphold RENEW's clinical and brand standards: validating, direct, and hopeful, never dismissive Qualifications Active, unrestricted California license (NP, PA, or MD) in good standing Confirmed scope of practice for hormone therapy and fertility related services Experience with HRT, functional/integrative medicine, or reproductive health strongly preferred Comfortable working in a cash pay practice Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex hormone/lab data into plain language Comfortable with EHR and telehealth technology What RENEW Offers Part time to start with room to grow in to full time as the clinic expands

Compensation:

Flexible depending on experience with flexibility for a provider with deep experience in our niche A genuine seat at the table in building a practice from day one, not stepping into someone else's system Continuing education support for functional/hormone focused training

Pay:

$60.00 - $90.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
