While our foundation is in pediatrics, our Key Biscayne location now offers full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages —from infancy through adulthood. We are a patient-centered practice focused on quality, connection, and long-term wellness. Job We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This position will provide primary care services to both children and adults at our Key Biscayne office. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, confident managing patients across the lifespan, and passionate about preventive care and chronic disease management. Job Duties and Skills Provide primary care services for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients Conduct routine well visits, sick visits, physicals, and screenings Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic conditions across all age groups Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients and families on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and medication management Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members for coordinated care Stay current with evidence-based guidelines and best practices Requirements Current Florida license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Board certification through AANP or ANCC Minimum 1-2 years of experience caring for both pediatric and adult patients preferred BLS certification required; PALS a plus Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team Proficient with EMR systems and basic computer skills Ability and flexibility to work between multiple office locations
