09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice on full time basis. Our clinic provides comprehensive primary care and same-day urgent care services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is confident managing both chronic and acute medical conditions, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Duties Provide comprehensive primary care services, including wellness visits, annual physicals, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries in an urgent care setting. Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other studies. Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform common in-office procedures within the scope of practice. Educate patients on disease prevention, medication management, and healthy lifestyle choices. Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently using the electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies and clinical guidelines. Requirements Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license. National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Current BLS certification. At least one year of experience in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, or internal medicine is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to outstanding patient care. Schedule Full-time 40 hours per week. Clinic hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Additional shifts are available based on practice needs and provider availability. Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends is preferred.
