We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a growing aesthetic practice in Arlington Heights, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical aesthetics, excellent patient care skills, and a passion for delivering natural, results-driven outcomes. This position combines advanced aesthetic treatments, wellness services, and modern medical weight-management therapies, including GLP-1 treatments.
Responsibilities include:
Perform advanced injectable aesthetic procedures, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO lifting threads, Kybella , Radiesse , and Sculptra . Administer PRP and PRF treatments for facial rejuvenation, under-eye correction, and hair restoration. Provide GLP-1 medical weight-loss management using Semaglutide and Tirzepatide in accordance with clinical protocols. Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized, patient-specific treatment plans. Safely administer Botox , Dysport , and Xeomin , as well as dermal fillers for full-face and under-eye/tear-trough treatments. Educate patients regarding procedures, expected outcomes, potential risks, and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. Provide exceptional patient care while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and aesthetic best practices. Typically see 5-7 clients per day, with volume potentially increasing based on practice needs. Treat a typical patient population ranging from 25 to 70 years of age.
Education, Licensure, and Experience:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program. Active Illinois Nurse Practitioner license in good standing. National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANP or ANCC. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner . Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics . Advanced training and demonstrated proficiency in: Neurotoxins and dermal fillers, including under-eye/tear-trough treatments. PRP and PRF for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration. PDO threads, Radiesse , Sculptra , and Kybella . GLP-1 weight-management therapies, including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection safety, and aesthetic best practices.
