Job Description
Provide patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Ridgway, Illinois, as part of a growing clinical team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, no call or overnight duties, and close collaboration with physicians and facility staff to deliver evidence-based care.
