Join Our Team as an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner!

Dedicated healthcare provider focusing on infectious diseases, collaborating with patients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based treatments.

Greencastle/Covington, IN areas

Type:

Part-time Pay:

Requirements:

Certified Nurse Practitioner Preferred 2 years in Skilled Nursing facilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Willingness to travel within a 12-20 mile radius

Responsibilities:

Collaborate on treatment plans with patients and teams Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatments Develop weekly rounding schedules Maintain accurate medical records

Work Environment:

Day shift, in-person, flexible hours (8-40 hours/week based on employment status).
