Responsibilities Conduct thorough health assessments, physical examinations, and medical histories for patients of all ages Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases with evidence-based practices Develop personalized care plans, including medication management, health education, and lifestyle counseling Perform triage to prioritize patient needs efficiently and effectively in fast-paced settings Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate medical documentation and medical records management Educate patients on disease prevention strategies, health regulation policies, and wellness initiatives Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and adherence to HIPAA regulations Provide first aid, basic life support (BLS), CPR, and emergency care when necessary to stabilize patients in urgent situations Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards Lead nursing initiatives related to patient care quality improvement and nursing leadership efforts Requirements Valid license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent certification in your region Proven experience in acute care settings with strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Proficiency with medical software, EMR/EHR systems, and electronic health records management tools Certification in basic life support (BLS), CPR, and first aid; additional emergency care certifications are a plus Knowledge of health regulation policies such as HIPAA to ensure compliance in all patient interactions Experience managing chronic diseases and implementing disease prevention programs Strong triage skills with the ability to prioritize patient needs efficiently under pressure Demonstrated nursing leadership experience with a focus on quality improvement initiatives Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and team collaboration Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professional integrity Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a meaningful difference! Pay:
$110,670.13 - $133,280.16 per year
