Job Description

Fast Pace Health is seeking a compassionate ARNP to deliver high-quality urgent and primary care to patients in our rural community clinics. In this role, you will independently assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and provide evidence-based, patient-centered care. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values compassion, innovation, and clinical excellence, while offering opportunities for growth, competitive benefits, and meaningful impact in patients' lives. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions in urgent and primary care settings. Order, interpret, and act on laboratory and diagnostic imaging results to guide clinical decisions. Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines. Deliver patient-centered education, counseling, and preventive care tailored to diverse rural populations. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health, and ancillary staff to coordinate high-quality care. Document all patient encounters accurately and timely in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Perform common urgent care procedures within scope of practice and clinic protocols. Support quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives within the clinic. Participate in rotating shifts, including some evenings and weekends, to meet community needs.
