Job Description

Join a nonprofit community health center providing outpatient primary care to children and adults. Enjoy a supportive team, manageable patient volume, and flexible scheduling. Experienced Family Nurse Practitioners and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Position Highlights $125,000-$155,000 annual salary for full-time employment, based on experience. Flexible scheduling, including four 10-hour days or five eight-hour days. Part-time options available, with at least three days per week preferred. Average of 12-14 patients per day . Dedicated Medical Assistant and collaborative physician and nursing support. Structured onboarding with a gradual increase in patient volume and mentorship for new graduates. Epic EMR and access to AI scribing tools. Limited telephone call rotation, approximately four times per year, backing up nurse triage. What You'll Do Provide preventive care, annual exams, acute visits, and chronic disease management for patients across the lifespan. An interest in pediatrics is especially welcome. Work alongside an integrated team to improve access to care for underserved patients and families. Qualifications Family Nurse Practitioner certification and Massachusetts NP license. DEA registration, Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration, and BLS or ACLS certification. Interest in community health and caring for children and adults. New graduates welcome; primary care experience preferred. Local candidates preferred. Out-of-state applicants must have established ties to Massachusetts or the surrounding area. Benefits Four weeks of PTO in year one; five weeks in year two. Health, dental, and vision insurance with an 80% employer contribution. 403(b) with a 2% employer match.
