Full-Time Job Summary Seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our interdisciplinary behavioral health team. Under the leadership of our CEO and Founder, Dr. Teniola, the Nurse Practitioner will provide trauma-informed and integrated behavioral health services to individuals within community and clinical settings. This role is ideal for a provider passionate about holistic, community-based care and improving access to mental health services within the public health system. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and psychiatric assessments Perform risk assessments and crisis intervention Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Provide medication management and follow-up care as appropriate Collaborate with peer specialists, case managers, and behavioral health professionals Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems Participate in community-based outreach and public health initiatives Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Maryland Current unrestricted license to practice Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, or community health Experience with trauma-informed or integrated care models preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Requirements Minimum 25 hours per week availability Proficiency in MS Office and EHR systems Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in-office and within community settings Preferred Experience Community-based or public health programs Behavioral health services in clinical or outreach settings Health education or wraparound support services
