Matthew P Mardiney MD PC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Lutherville and Bel Air, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings across all age groups Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging Prescribe medications and manage pharmacological therapies Provide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

Requirements:

Current, valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification (AANP or ANCC) Active Maryland RN and APRN licensure (or ability to obtain) Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program DEA registration and prescriptive authority in the state of Maryland Experience in primary care, family medicine, or a related clinical setting preferred Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
