Walk-In Care | Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate | Flexible Schedule and NO Call Millinocket Regional Hospital seeks a full-time BC/BE Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative team in our Walk-In Care practice. In this hospital-employed position, the practitioner provides accessible, urgent, and episodic healthcare to patients of all ages with non-life-threatening illnesses and injury- care.
What You'll Do:
Walk-In Clinic Practitioners evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries without appointments. They order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures like suturing or splinting. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Physician Assisting or Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution. Current license to practice in the state of Maine. Experience with urgent care across the spectrum is preferred.
