Job Description

Work Schedule:
Hours for our clinic on Broad St. are 8am to 6pm Monday through Thursday. Hillsdale Health and Wellness Walk-In Clinic hours are 1000-1800 weekdays plus Saturdays. Will work Saturdays on a rotation. Benefits for full time staff

403(b) with match Education assistance and continuing education Requirements Master's degree required, 3 years' experience preferred Current Michigan Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (available through Hillsdale Hospital) Responsibilities Perform annual wellness exams, pre-employment physicals, treat injuries and illnesses, and promote good health and disease prevention Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses Recommend diagnostic or therapeutic interventions with attention to safety, cost, invasiveness, simplicity, acceptability, adherence, and efficacy Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays Prescribe medication Educate patients about prevention and self-management of acute or chronic illnesses, tailoring instructions to patients' individual circumstances Monitor patients' conditions and maintain accurate, detailed and confidential reports and records Create a comfortable, non-judgmental, compassionate environment for patients Why Hillsdale Hospital Hillsdale Hospital is dedicated to excellence in healthcare community service, continued improvement, and respect for human life.
