Two years of previous Advanced Practitioner Primary Care experience is strongly preferred. This is a great opportunity to step into a collaborative, patient-centered practice with a strong referral base and excellent resources.

Monday-Fri 8am-4:30pm Full-time position Outpatient Clinic Treating adult patients Managing Chronic and Acute conditions No weekend or call requirement System-wide Epic EMR Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vacation, 401K and CME Relocation assistance and Malpractice insurance
