In this role, you will bridge the gap between restorative medicine and advanced aesthetics, providing high-quality care that helps clients look, feel, and perform at their absolute best. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, spanning from precision cosmetic injectables to therapeutic IV hydration and advanced Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments for musculoskeletal recovery. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp clinical eye, an artistic touch, and a deep commitment to holistic client wellness. Key Responsibilities1. Aesthetic Injectables Perform comprehensive facial assessments and design customized, multi-modality treatment plans. Administer cosmetic injectables with high precision, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers. Maintain an exceptional standard of safety, minimize complications, and manage any adverse outcomes with expert clinical judgment. 2. Wellness & IV Therapy Evaluate patient health histories, vital signs, and wellness goals to prescribe and administer customized IV vitamin drips and intramuscular (IM) shots. Educate clients on the benefits of micronutrient therapy, hydration, and long-term cellular wellness. 3. Restorative Medicine & PRP Perform venipuncture, process blood samples using a centrifuge, and isolate high-quality Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). Administer localized PRP injections for injury recovery, joint rejuvenation, and musculoskeletal healing. Monitor patient recovery trajectories, modifying treatment plans to optimize tissue healing and functional recovery. 4. Consultations & Patient Care Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations, including reviewing medical histories, contraindications, and setting realistic client expectations. Deliver detailed pre- and post-care instructions to ensure safe healing and maximize treatment longevity. Maintain meticulous, legally compliant electronic medical records (EMR) for all consultations and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills Education:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
Licensure:
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice. Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience administering aesthetic injectables and performing PRP therapies.
Clinical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in venipuncture, anatomy knowledge (especially facial vasculature and musculoskeletal structures), and aseptic technique.
Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional communication skills with a consultative, warm, and non-judgmental bedside manner. A natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships with premium clientele.
