Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans. This role requires a strong background in medical-surgical nursing, health coaching, and experience with children. The Nurse Practitioner will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes through effective diagnostic evaluation and management. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients of all ages, including children. Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret results to formulate appropriate treatment plans. Administer medications and treatments following established protocols while ensuring aseptic technique. Provide health coaching to patients and families to promote wellness and preventive care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients, particularly those requiring memory care. Utilize sonography skills as needed for diagnostic purposes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients on managing chronic conditions and promote healthy lifestyle choices. Qualifications Valid Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications. Strong experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred. Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and physical examinations. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and aseptic techniques. Experience working with children is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating strong leadership skills. Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
