We are looking for a provider with strong wound care experience who is committed to delivering excellent patient outcomes. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic wounds Develop and implement wound care treatment plans Perform wound evaluations and follow-up care Educate patients and families on wound management and healing Document care accurately and efficiently Work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff Qualifications Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York Wound care experience required Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently in an outpatient clinic setting Compensation Competitive salary!!
