Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy private ENT practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care utilizing advanced clinical skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical judgment, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering the best quality, patient-centered care. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations, assess patient health status, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Prescribe medications in accordance with NY State DEA guidelines, ensuring safe and effective pharmacologic management. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records management. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care as needed Engage in diagnostic evaluation using laboratory testing and medical imaging to make informed treatment decisions Qualifications Valid NY State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Demonstrated experience working in diverse clinical settings Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology (including CPT coding), and medical terminology. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients on treatment plans.

Pay:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per week
