For PMHNPs, that support is especially valuable as demand for in-person psychiatric care continues to grow. Across our markets, clients are actively seeking face-to-face support from prescribers, creating a strong opportunity for PMHNPs who want to build a private practice with autonomy, flexibility, and earning potential — without having to build it completely on their own. Through our NP Mentorship Program , PMHNPs can pair with a seasoned prescriber for consultation, clinical guidance, and real-world support while building confidence in private practice. We also provide the infrastructure to support growth — including referral support, marketing, insurance credentialing, billing, technology, operations, and mentorship — so prescribers can focus on patient care while helping meet the demand for in-person psychiatric services.

Office locations:

We have offices in the Portland Metro area, Salem, Eugene, Bend, Clackamas, and Medford.

Expectations of Partnership:

As a Mindful Therapy Group partner, you'll be expected to: Invest in starting and growing your private practice, including maintaining a business license, professional liability insurance, and a professional online presence. (Not needed upon applying) Participate in regular business setup and coaching sessions for guidance, accountability, and support as your practice grows. Maintain consistent client availability to support continuity of care. Complete evaluations, assessments, treatment plans, chart notes, charge slips, and other required documentation in a timely manner. Practice within your licensure scope, uphold clinical and ethical standards, safeguard client confidentiality, and maintain active licensure in any state where services are provided.
