Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Serve as a clinical leader, collaborating with the care team to oversee short- and long-term residents. Responsibilities include admissions, discharges, stability checks, evaluations, advanced care planning, assessments, and prescribing treatments. Offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $135,000+ with uncapped bonuses.
