Job Description

Responsibilities include: Conducting initial assessments and reassessments of clients for weight loss needs, addressing and supporting any clinical concerns. Provide quality client care, obtain complete medical histories and records. Qualification include excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Active state license in good standing, and under go a background check. Knowledge of HRT and IV Therapy preferred.
