Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C) Minimum 2 years of experience in a Family Practice or Primary Care setting DEA license required DOT Certification preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable with technology. Confident in managing a patient load of up to 20 patients per day.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical exams and wellness screenings Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests Prescribe medications and create evidence-based treatment plans Educate and counsel patients on preventive health strategies Collaborate with clinic staff. Maintain thorough and timely electronic documentation
