Are comfortable managing a productive schedule of up to 30 patients per day while delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Stay calm, organized, and focused in a fast-paced environment. Take ownership of your work, documentation, and patient outcomes. Believe exceptional patient care and a successful practice go hand in hand. Value teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning. What You'll Bring Current NP (FNP) or PA-C license. 2+ years of Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Timely, accurate documentation. A positive, coachable, team-first attitude. A genuine passion for caring for people.
