Job Description

Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner (1099 Contract) Rockdale, TX OnPoint is recruiting experienced Occupational Health Nurse Practitioners to support a large-scale capital construction project in a remote area of Texas. This on-site clinic will support up to 4,000 workers at peak capacity, creating a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment. This is a 1099 contract role. The project is expected to last up to two years, though one-year commitments will be considered. Shift Monday-Saturday | 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Scope of Work (SOW) Administers treatment of work-related injuries and evaluates and documents its effectiveness. Provides client education in areas related to safety, first aid, CPR, and others as needed. Assures proper maintenance of patients' records. Performs client services related to Occupational Health and Safety protocols. Ability to work in a fast-paced, interruption-prone environment. Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks utilizing limited resources. ??????? Direct patient care skills include but are not limited to: Assisting with wound cleansing, dressing changes, and range-of-motion treatment; heat and cold therapy; medication administration; and other treatments as needed. Suturing could eventually be requested, depending on the provider's level. Required Qualifications Active CRNP(Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner) Texas License Minimum 3 years of NP experience, preferably in: Occupational Health Emergency Medicine Urgent Care Trauma, family practice, or similar high-acuity setting ???????Suturing experience is preferred Comfortable practicing independently in a high-volume, remote environment Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
