Flexible scheduling allows for a personalized work-life balance Average 16-18 patients per day Clinic hours 8am-5pm No call Onsite lab and radiology (ultrasound, mammography, x-ray) Therapies onsite Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan licensure required

BENEFITS

Competitive benefits and generous compensation package including relocation assistance, student loan repayment program, and annual CME allowance. $95,000 - $125,000/year . Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
