The Opportunity The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care while working collaboratively with St. Gianna Clinic physicians, advanced practice practitioners, nurses, and clinical support staff. Depending upon the candidate's training and experience, responsibilities may include: Conducting comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions within the practitioner's scope of practice Providing preventive care, wellness examinations, and health education Ordering and interpreting appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing Developing individualized treatment and follow-up plans Prescribing medications and treatments within scope of practice Coordinating care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals Educating patients and families regarding treatment options, prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices Maintaining timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record Supporting continuity of care and long-term practitioner-patient relationships Participating in quality improvement and clinical initiatives Collaborating with clinic leadership and fellow practitioners as St. Gianna Clinic continues to grow its services and community impact Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who combines clinical excellence with compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving others .

The ideal candidate will:
