Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant , you will be responsible for delivering top-notch patient care and support to our clients.

Your primary duties will include:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and condition Providing basic care and assistance with daily living activities Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and support to clients in a rehabilitation and wellness setting Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in healthcare Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction Perform other duties as assigned
