Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA -
Full-Time & Part-Time Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Nightingale at Arkadelphia. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, while also promoting a positive and supportive environment. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and are committed to excellence, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide vital signs and report changes to nursing staff Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff
Requirements:
Current CNA certification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team
