5 hours per day, 7 days per week
Pay:
$17-$19 per hour, based on experience We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one care to a patient in their home. The ideal candidate is caring, attentive, and committed to helping patients maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life. The caregiver will provide services in accordance with the physician-established plan of care and will work closely with the patient, family, and other designated individuals involved in the patient's care. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the patient's home. Assist the patient with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care. Assist with mobility and other routine care needs as outlined in the plan of care. Prepare meals and assist with meal-related needs. Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, respiration, and other measurements as directed by the plan of care. Provide medication reminders in accordance with the established plan of care. Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation of services provided. Communicate appropriately with the patient's family and other authorized individuals regarding the patient's care and needs. Follow the physician-established plan of care and applicable care guidelines. Report changes in the patient's condition or care needs to the appropriate individual. Qualifications Current HHA or CNA certification, as applicable. Previous experience providing in-home or personal care is preferred. Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while following the established plan of care. Dependable transportation and the ability to consistently work the scheduled hours.
