Position Summary The CNA provides direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse (RN or LVN). Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supporting the care team in delivering high-quality resident care. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge procedures Support nurses with treatments and resident care activities Reposition, lift, and ambulate residents safely Ensure residents are clean, dry, and comfortable at all times Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed staff Follow all facility policies and procedures related to resident safety and infection control Qualifications Active CNA certification in the State of California Experience in skilled nursing, sub-acute, or congregate living preferred Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Reliable and professional work ethic Schedule Requirements 12 hour shifts.
