Monday-Friday/ Daytime Availability( Must be able to work between 8A-6P)| Rotating Weekends Overview L & E Helping Hands, LLC is seeking a dependable and professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to multiple clients throughout Wauchula FL. This is a traveling position requiring multiple client visits throughout the workday. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling from one client's home to another. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and general in-home support Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as assigned Follow each client's established care plan Observe and report changes or concerns regarding client well-being Complete visit documentation accurately and on time Maintain client privacy and confidentiality Communicate professionally with clients, families, and agency staff Follow agency policies and safety procedures Requirements Active Florida CNA certification

IMPORTANT

This position does NOT consist of one continuous 8-hour shift with one client. Caregivers may be scheduled with multiple clients throughout the day, with individual visits commonly lasting 2-4 hours. Do you have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license that will allow you to travel between client assignments?
