We build people through a path: Team Lead In Training > Team Leader > Lead Craftsman What You'll Be Doing Day to Day Working alongside experienced crew members on landscape installations and property care Preparing tools, materials, and equipment each morning Building and maintaining outdoor spaces with care and precision Learning to operate equipment safely Communicating clearly with your crew to keep projects moving Cleaning up and preparing for the next day This is physical, outdoor work. It's also skilled work that gets better with effort and time. Compensation & Benefits:

Team Lead (In-Training

• $22-24/hour Team Leader
• $24-26/hour Landscape Craftsman
