Hiring Immediately - Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Harlem, GA Job Summary We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one care for a child in their home in Harlem, GA . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections, following a structured care plan, and making a real difference in a child's daily life. You will support the child's comfort, safety, and well-being while working closely with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care in a calm, supportive home environment. Schedule Monday through Thursday Daytime Hours Available Consistent weekly schedule
Duties & Responsibilities Daily Care Support:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
One-on-One Care:
Provide attentive, individualized care to a child in their home
Care Plan Adherence:
Follow the established care plan and agency guidelines at all times
Observation & Reporting:
Monitor the child's condition and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or office staff
Documentation:
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Professional Conduct:
Maintain a respectful, caring, and professional presence in the home
Qualifications PCA or CNA:
CNA applicants must hold a current Georgia CNA certification PCA applicants do not need certification (training and testing provided)
Background Check:
Must pass a clean criminal background check
Training:
Willingness to complete agency orientation and required training
Communication:
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
Reliability:
